As you know February is the last month that Christmas Decorations are permitted.
In March our Site Manager will be taking down any remaining decorations and issuing fines to offending home owners.

We will be awarding a $100 Home Depot Gift Card to the winner this year and 50$ Home Depot Gift Cards to the 4 runners ups.

Hello all,
We are offering Privacy Fences for sale again this year.
Owners can purchase a privacy fence for $1350.
Please contact Tamara by June 1st if you are interested in purchasing a fence.
The privacy fence consists of a gate that can be operated on either side.
For lawn care and fire evacuation purposes the gate does not lock.
The fence can be installed in a single day.
We will be installing the ordered fences in the month of October.
If you care to take a look at privacy fences we have one install in the yard of Unit 52.

As of November of 2017 (last year) we required new and improved parking passes to park in Visitor Parking.
Over 70 units have yet to claim their parking passes. We strongly encourage people to pickup their visitor parking pass.
If you are aware of any of your neighbors who haven’t claimed a pass please forward this email along.
To receive your visitor parking pass please fill out a parking pass form below.
Parking Passes can be retrieved in person at Bridgegate Property Management Group or can be delivered by mail.

Hello Everyone,
Just a friendly reminder that Cigarette butts being dropped outside the units is considered littering under the condo bylaws.
Units with cigarette butts found outside the units will be fined.
Cigarettes may be smoked in the complex but ash trays and collection bins must be brought inside after you are finished.
Never deposit cigarette butts into planters or bushes as they may ignite. Especially now that a fire ban is now in effect.

As an alternative to smoking we suggest looking up alternatives to cigarettes.
Consider investing in Electronic Cigarettes as they don’t produce butts and generally smell less.

Please ensure you have the latest visitor parking pass. The deadline for new parking passes was November 15 2017.

Hello Everyone,
It has come to our attention that some residents have been distributing pest control to some of the ants and undesirable bugs around the complex.
We ask that all residents instead inform our Site Manager of any pest issues.
Unfortunately some of the pest control residents have used has hurt some of the pets and the wild life in the neighborhood.
We ask you to please keep the the pets and wild life in mind.
Stonebridge’s Site manager will distribute pet friendly pest control to any problem areas.
