Once again it is time for our Stonebridge Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be onĀ February 26, 2018 @6:30PM MST

The Annual General Meeting is being hosted at the Ellerslie Rugby Park, 11004 Ellerslie Road SW.

You will have received an 2018 AGM package in the mail.
This package contains the following:

  • Our 2018 AGM Agenda
  • A proxy voting form, allowing another person to vote in your absence.
  • 2017 AGM Meeting Minutes
  • 2017 Annual Financial Audit
  • An outline of our expenses and income for the fiscal year. (April 2017)
  • An outline of our Reserve Fund (April 2017)
  • Our certificate of Insurance (2017-2018)

The meeting Agenda for the year is as follows:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Approval of the Agenda
  3. Calling of the Roll and Certifying of Proxies and Unit Factors of the Owners
  4. Proof of Notice of the Meeting or Waver of Notice

Just a reminder that our visitor parking passes have been updated. Please ensure you have the latest visitor parking pass. The deadline for new parking passes was November 15.
To receive your visitor parking pass please fill out a parking pass form below.

Parking Passes can be retrieved in person at Bridgegate Property Management Group or can be delivered by mail.

You can contact Bridgegate Property management here

New parking passes are required to park in visitor parking.

Vehicles still showing the old parking pass will be subject to towing.

Hello Everyone,

It is once again the time of year where we install a Big Garbage Bin in the complex to allow residents of Stonebridge Condos to throw out their large items.

This is a great time to throw away old appliances, furniture, large electronics, ext.

The Big Bin is setup by Garage 2 (east side by Units 20-24).

The Bin will be here until it is full. Don’t delay act today!

2017 Summer Garden Contest

Hello Everyone,

Many of our owners and tenants go above and beyond in the upkeep and maintenance of their yards.
In recognition of our residents hard work the board would like to present a $100 dollar gift card from Home Depot for the best kept yard.
We are also giving out $50 gift cards to our 4 runner ups.

I’m pleased to announce the winners of our annual Garden Contest.

Unit 37, Wins the grand prize of 100$

Unit 138, 66, 55, and 74 win the runner up prizes of $50

New Trees

We have contracted HML Contracting to replace the missing trees around the property and grind down any remaining stumps.

HML will perform the following before winter comes:

  • Stump grind 23 stumps from trees that have been cut down on property.
  • Supply, plant and stake 29 2″ caliper trees throughout the property at Stonebridge.
  • Trees will be selected to be hardy and to compliment the existing planting plan on the property.
  • It was counted that 29 trees are missing from areas all around the property. Trees will be watered in and Stonebridge will be responsible for maintaining wand watering after that.

You should see some trees going in this month. Many are already on site.
